Welcome to VQ Nexus (“VQ Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an AI Automation Agency providing AI-powered reputation management service. By accessing or using our website, platform, or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Our ServicesVQ Nexus offers AI-powered online reputation management service, including review request automation, review response generation, and system maintenance. All Services are provided “as is” and subject to these Terms.2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions until cancelled.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, unbiased, or suitable for your specific needs.
  • Reputation management involves third-party platforms; we are not responsible for changes to their policies or algorithms.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, VQ Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time.8. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the law agreed upon by both parties.9. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time.
